My Happenings

Just a quick hello before I head to work....I know, I know, I've been terrible again about not blogging, not blog-hopping, not getting my website updated, and not keeping up with my emails and adoption requests. I'm not gonna try to make any excuses, after all this is just a hobby to me, and when it stops being fun then why should I feel pressured to carry on? Nah, that sounded worse than I meant for it to, just the point I'm trying to make is I'm a boring person, who has little time left for the computer and internet, and I hate that I continue to disappoint my friends and visitors! But I don't wanna close my sites, either, so hope you'll all just bare with me that the posts (and updates elsewhere) will just be few and far between :-
Many things have occuppied my time lately, including both girls starting the spring season of soccer, work(which is getting more and more busy as both rentals and tanning are really picking up business!), and mainly, home stuff....we recently listed our home for sale, and have put a contract on a brand new home (which oddly enough is on the same road as our's, just about 1/2 mile or less down the road! LOL!)!!!!! So we've been SUPER busy getting things packed, junk cleaned up & hauled off, freshly painted 3 rooms, and have even had our first showing! Check out our current home. It looks like a trailer, but it's not ;) I'd show ya the listing for the home we've contracted to buy, but it was made during construction, so it looks way less appealing than it does now...will do my best to share a pic of it soon. The contract we put on it(along w/$500 earnest money) is contingent upon our home selling first. Man, what a major headache this all is, but I'm so excited to think we may have a new home soon! We purchased this home 10 yrs. ago, found it while it was still under construction, and tho' it's nice, with it's big backyard and all, I love the new one soooooo much more. Here's the skinny:

Eek, wanted to write a bit more, but just saw the clock...got about 15 minutes before I have to leave to grab Camryn from preschool & get my butt to work! *sigh* Will try to post again later tonight to share some sweet gifties I've received lately (THANKS a million!!! *Ü*) Y'all take care!
